Yes, Jesus has done it all, but just like Salvation, his work has to be Appropriated, and applied to the specific areas of need.
We do not offer deliverance over the phone, or without identifying and eliminating the root causes of the oppression. Lasting and thorough deliverance is not an immediate process, and usually requires multiple sessions that can total 7-10 hours or more. Without identifying and eliminating the legal rights, open doors, generational issues and curses involved, the enemy does not have to leave, and can "return with seven more worse than the first" (Matt 12:23 & Luke 11:24). That has the potential for leaving the ministry receiver in a worse condition.
